  • Lesley Park Road was  full property refurbishment.

  • The Interior was dated and needed a resign that would bring it to life.

  • This property required a full strip out, which included taking the walls back to bricks and removing the ceilings, stud walls and all existing electrics and plumbing

  • We had to design a space that would brighten up the property as well as kept its intimate feel. 

We planned to open up the kitchen and create an open plan. Having seen that wood was a major factor in the property, we decided to keep that idea, but modernise it.

We built the island with the wooden top as well as the counters to surround.  The new stove required extensive wiring and precise attention as we had to fit it to work with the space and the bare brick wall.

Having the bare brick was part of creating the 'indoor/outdoor' feel, as the client wanted more space; using the skylights as a foundation we worked the lighting around this,

After 4 months we presented a property that was fully rewired, fully re-plumbed and most importantly one which looked great. From the new bi folding doors to the bare brick wall, we broke this property down to the essentials and rebuilt the interior to meet our clients vision.
